My tooth hurts
Toothache almost never goes away by itself. What goes away is the pain; the cause stays and comes back stronger. Here is what the pain usually means and what we do about it.

A baby tooth is treated, not left to fall out. It holds the place for the permanent tooth, and infection at its root can threaten the tooth bud underneath.

Gums that bleed when you brush are not normal gums. It is the commonest first sign of inflammation, and the easiest to miss because it does not hurt.

An empty space in the jaw does not stay empty. Neighbouring teeth tilt, the opposing one grows out, the bite changes — and the solution gets more complicated with time, not simpler.

Treatments

Children's dentistry
A first check-up, fluoride treatment, fissure sealing and treatment of baby teeth. The aim is for the child to leave without fear, because every visit after this one depends on it.
Cosmetic dentistry
Teeth whitening, ceramic veneers and metal-free crowns. Everything starts from healthy teeth and gums: a cosmetic procedure comes after treatment, never instead of it.
Restorative dentistry
Treating decay, repairing a damaged tooth and root canal treatment — everything that keeps a tooth rather than replaces it. It is the work we do most often, and the work that, done in time, prevents everything more expensive than itself.
Oral surgery
Extractions and wisdom teeth, surgery on roots and soft tissue. What cannot be saved is removed as a planned procedure, under local anaesthetic, with clear instructions for recovery.
Periodontics
Gums and bone hold a tooth in the jaw. When they give way, even a healthy tooth starts to loosen. Periodontics deals with exactly that tissue: removing tartar, treating gum inflammation and halting periodontal disease.
Dental prosthetics
Replacing missing teeth and rebuilding those too damaged for a filling to hold. Crowns, bridges, dentures and replacements on implants — the solution is chosen according to how many teeth are missing, what the bone is like, and what matters to you in daily life.

Online or by phone. We confirm by message, and send a reminder the day before.
Examination and X-ray
We look at your teeth and gums, take an X-ray if needed, and tell you what we see.
Plan and price: before we start
What needs doing, in what order, how long it takes and what it costs. Work starts only once you agree.
Treatment and follow-up
Procedures at the agreed times, and a follow-up check to make sure it stays the way it should.
